Fried chicken livers

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
2 onions
1 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp colorful salt
salt
pepper
parsley optional

Method
Livers Wash, cut, add salt and pepper to taste. Fried in sunflower oil heated to stand, stirring occasionally. Then poured into a container, on top put the onion, cut into crescents, add lean salt and stir. Cover with a lid and leave for some time to absorb the spices. Optional are served sprinkled with chopped parsley.
