Fried fish with steamed vegetables

Ingredients
5 (1 kg) fish mackerel
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 (150 g) red tomatoes
3-4 (200 g) peppers
1 head of garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) white wine
4 tbsp (40 g) cornmeal
7-8 (800 g) potatoes
salt
pepper
Method
Cleaned from the skin and bones of fish Oval in the cornmeal and fried in fat. In the same fat, sauté the finely chopped vegetables with spices. Fried fish put on steamed vegetables, sprinkled with wine and baked in the oven. Serve with boiled potatoes, peeled, cut and placed in a separate container.
