Ingredients
600-800 g pork or veal liver
flour
4 onions
4 tomatoes
4 small peppers
parsley
salt
pepper
fat frying
Method
The liver is cleaned and cut into slices, add some flour and fry in heated oil until light brown. Remove to a warm plate. In the oil fry the onion, cut into rings and dusted with flour. Remove with latticed spoon and put on roasted liver. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and fry in fat. Add salt and put on the onions with fried peppers. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
