Fried meatballs

Ingredients
400 g of beef ribs
100 g lean pork
1 thick slice dry white bread without crust
2 eggs
1/2 onion
6-7 peppercorns
pinch of cumin seeds
1 Allspice
parsley
1 cup milk
flour
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Method
Cleaned meat cut into chunks, sprinkle with salt water and allow to cool to rest for 1 hour. Grind 2 times, as in the second milling onions was added and soaked in a part of the milk bread. To this mixture add 1 egg, powdered spices and chopped parsley, kneaded well and form 8 balls that are rolled in flour. Prepare a thick pancake dough from the second egg, remaining milk, a pinch of salt and flour. Meatballs are immersed in it, then in bread crumbs and fry in highly preheated oil on both sides until light brown coloring. Meatballs turn with a spatula rather than a fork to not expire juice them. Instead of meat can be used ready mince mixture and onions can be cut into small pieces .
