Ingredients
4 pieces 100 g of veal rump or fillet
4 pieces 100 g chicken
400 g small onions
4-5 tomatoes
salt
pepper
frying fat
3 tsp flour
40 g butter
parsley
lemon juice
Method
The meat is hammered, add salt, add some flour and fry on both sides until golden brown in very hot fat, then put in a small pan of pyrex on tomatoes, sliced and savory with a pinch of salt. Are placed around the small onions, pre polusvareni in salted water. The dish is baked ten minutes in very hot oven, pour with fat from frying, which is added the butter, and bake another 20 minutes in a moderate oven. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, lemon juice and pepper and served in the same court.
