Fried olives ham

Ingredients
250 g large green olives pitted
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
2 slices of ham
parsley
pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
# breading:
1/2 hours. h. flour
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
olive oil for frying
Method
Put the onion, garlic, ham, olive oil and pepper in a food processor and blend to a smooth puree. Using a syringe fill the inside with olive mixture. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Olive first roll in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden. Remove and place on paper towel to drain the fat and then serve.
