Ingredients
12 peppers
4 tbsp flour
1 liter milk
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt
parsley

Method
The peppers are baked and peel, add salt and rolled in flour. Fry in strongly heated sunflower oil. In fat put the remaining flour, pour the milk and stir until a smooth sauce. It takes away from the fire and add the feta cheese. Allow to stand for 20 minutes, seasoned with salt and pour pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
