Fried skinless sausages in bread

Ingredients
1 loaf
2 skinless sausages
1 tsp flour
1 egg
salt
sunflower oil
mustard
Method
From bread cut two pieces long as the diameter of the pan, carve from both sides and put the skinless sausages (the skinless sausages are placed in baguette). Flour with 1/3 cup blurs water, add a pinch of salt and crashed. Rolls are soaked 10 minutes in this mixture by turning. Fry in a hot sunflower oil 4-5 minutes on both sides. Serve with mustard.

Come to think - can be filled with any stuffing ... Cheese, roasted pepper ... Nice idea!
