Method
If you have not pre-legs, remove skin and circumcised top part of the leg, in order to obtain a smooth shape. To fade meat, legs stringing thin smooth rod and soak 5-6 hours in cold water that is changed every hour - hour and a half. Then soaked 2 hours in a slightly acidified water. Remove and dry with a towel. So legs prepared to scatter with salt and pepper, rolled in flour and fry in heated vegetable oil until browned. Put them in piles plates, sprinkle with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and chopped parsley and pour with fat from frying.
