Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
500 g mushrooms
1 cup Rice
200 g cheese
1 onion
1/3 h. h. sunflower oil
salt, pepper

Method
Boil peeled potatoes in salted water. Then smash mash, which ranks the end of buttered round tray in the form of a ring. Fry the onion and add rice, salt, pepper and chopped mushrooms. To this mixture is placed and a little water. Once the mushrooms are soft, the mixture is poured into the center of the tray and pour 2 and 1/2 cup water. Grate the cheese to the top and bake in a moderate oven. Baked side dish is served cut into triangles.

When I worked on it and I shot I made a half dose in a small baking dish - 20-25 cm. :)
