German pie with mince and spaghetti

Ingredients
700 g dough
250 g spaghetti
500 g minced meat
400 g cheese
100 g processed cheese
1/2 bunch parsley
butter
# For the sauce:
1 chili pepper
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 tbsp tomato paste
4-5 canned tomatoes
pinch of pepper
pinch savory
2 cloves garlic
Method
400 g of dough is rolled so that once you put on the bottom of the tray edges to leave the the outer side. On the base rank half cooked spaghetti all over the floor. With the blender is broken all products for the sauce, then put in a deep pan with the minced meat and fry until almost.
