Goulash - III type

Ingredients
700 g veal
1 tbsp pork lard
3 onions
potatoes 3
2 tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cayenne pepper, black pepper
2 cubes beef bouillon
2 tbsp flour

Method
The meat is cut into pieces, chopped onion, potatoes in large pieces pepper chunks and tomatoes are peeled and cut into small pieces. Roll in flour meat fry in the lard for 10 minutes and remove. In the same fat and put the onion and fry until it turns. Add tomatoes and both dissolved in 1.5 liters of water broth. As a boil add the potatoes, meat, red pepper, black pepper and the chopped pepper. Allow to simmer for about 2 hours (if the pressure cooker only 1 hour).

I have never done goulash, but get very vksusno. Try!

And I liked gulasha mostly zashoto does not require much preparation.
