Greek salad of cauliflower

Ingredients
1 small head cauliflower
2 potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
4 eggs
2 tbsp (20 g) mayonnaise
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
2 tbsp (20 ml ) lemon juice
pepper
salt
lettuce leaves
parsley
olives
Method
Clean cauliflower is placed in a small amount of boiling salted water and boil until soft. Strain, place in a salad, add salt, sprinkle with black pepper, sunflower oil and lemon juice. Cook potatoes (apart from cauliflower), creased, add salt, mayonnaise and a little milk and cauliflower is coated with the mixture. The salad is cut longitudinally in several places with a knife dipped in water. Decorate with hard boiled and cut into quarters eggs, which are arranged in the form of a flower in the middle of it have small leaves of lettuce or parsley. About eggs arranged halves green olives, chopped tomato rings and cut into julienne peppers.
