Ham with Coca-Cola

Ingredients
4-4.5 kg leg meat
1 tbsp dry mustard
1.2 liter Coca-Cola
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
160 g brown sugar
320 g breadcrumbs
Method
Skin and the fat of the meat is cut. Place in shallow pan. Meat watered with Coca-Cola while cover the bottom of the tray of 1-1.5 cm. Bake 2 to 3 hours at 175 C, occasionally watered with Coca-Cola. The meat is removed from the tray, remove all residues push in the sauce. Sugar, dry mustard, spicy mustard and breadcrumbs mixed. Add Coca-Cola into a thick porridge. Meat back in the pan and place in the oven. Cover with a mess with Coca-Cola. Rest Coca-Cola into the tin. Bake for 45 minutes at 175 C by every 20 minutes watered to yield a dark glaze. Remove from the oven and allow to cool 20 minutes before cutting.
