Homemade blood sausage

Ingredients
800 g lean pork meat
200 g salo
80 g leek
25 g mint
25 g savory
10 g pepper
15 g paprika
fresh pork intestines (which when packaged to obtain 6 karvavichki)
Method
All products are finely chopped, kneaded and with them are filled intestines are tied with thick thread. Bake in moderate oven in court, lightly brushed with a few bits of salo. Garnish with fried potatoes or steamed rice.

Is not that some kind of sausage? AFAIK Blood Sausages made with the blood of freshly slaughtered pig and other by-products. So the name is pudding.

This is a recipe from my end - Pirin. So called them our grandmothers and great-grandmothers (they made them). I have eaten the same in Romania - last year we were there a wedding (my husband's brother took his bride from there) and they call them-karvavichki :)

Very tasty sounds, as a child I ate pudding (home).

Something like I've eaten in Belica with my friends, but I do not remember how they said. As far as I remember there were these sausages and garlic.

It is very delicious! Try it! The same make and Harmanli. Although it is called home sausage, but the taste is great! Have been looking for a recipe! Thanks Snow!
