Homemade chutney with apples

Ingredients
3 kg ripe tomatoes
1.5 kg peppers
5 green apples
3-4 tbsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
300 ml sunflower oil
pepper
1-2 chillies optional

Method
All products are ground with machine Tomatoes Peel advance. Put in a deep bowl, add salt to taste, add sugar. Pour a clean chilies, please be more spicy. Chutney boil over low heat about 1 hour - until thickened. Stir periodically to not burn. Then, the oil and pepper. Boil for 10 minutes. Fill jars with hot dry chutney. Close and turn. Durability 1 year.

A few days ago I heard about this chutney. Here it is called *Greek* / do not know why /. Personally, I am not make it, but the reviews are good.
