Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
70 g smoked sausage of your choice
2 eggs
1 tbsp butter
5 slices of bread

Method
The feta cheese grate, sausage cut small cubes. The mixture is stirred with soft butter and eggs. Slices of bread smeared with the mixture and bake in a barbecue grill or in the oven until browned. Optional can be added and chopped green onions.
