Ingredients
250 g or 150 g of fresh mushrooms sterilized
30 g butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp cream
8-10 thin slices of white bread
garlic
pepper
firm feta cheese
salt
Method
Clean, finely chopped mushrooms sauté in the butter and spice. Beat the egg yolks with the cream, add to the mushrooms and sauté them on very low heat to thicken for about 5 minutes. Spread the slices with the mixture, sprinkle with grated feta cheese, cover tightly with beat stiff egg whites and gently baked in a very hot oven until a brown crust. Serve immediately.
