Ice peaches

Ingredients
4 peaches
8 lumps of sugar
icing sugar
1 lemon
Method
Rinsed peaches placed briefly in boiling water, peel and cut in half by pit. Oval from all sides in powdered sugar and arrange on a single line in a baking dish with the cut part up. Sugar cubes are rubbed in lemon-washed, placed in peaches, sprinkle with lemon juice Cover with a tightly fitting lid and leave 2 hours in refrigerator.
