At Imperial Lamb

Ingredients
2 kg lamb shoulder
200 g mushrooms
200 g baby carrots
7-8 leaves and stalks celery
1 head celery
3-4 pickles
2 tsp dry mint
salt
pepper
Method
Shoulder is boned and seasoned with salt and pepper. Mint, carrots, chopped celery, mushrooms and cucumbers are distributed over the shoulder, rolled on a roll and tied with thread. The meat is placed in a baking dish, pour water and oil, sprinkle with paprika and bake in a moderate oven.
