Jam

Ingredients
Assorted pears, apples, peaches, plums
1 kg of sugar per 1 kg of fruits
1 cup water
1 level tsp citric acid
Method
Pears and apples are peeled and removed them bolls. Of prunes and peaches remove the stones. Then they are cut into cubes. Thus prepared fruit sprinkled with sugar and let stand overnight. The next day was flooded with water and cook over high heat. When the syrup jam thickens, add citric acid. Pour hot in warmed jars. May be sterilized for 5-10 minutes.
