Kavarma in bread

Ingredients
300 g beef topside
1 potato
1 carrot
1 pita (with a diameter of about 20 cm)
150 g sterilized mushrooms mushrooms
1 tomato (may canned)
2 and 1/2 onions
4-5 sprigs of parsley
1 tbsp flour
1/3 cup red wine
5 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper, salt
2-3 pinches of sugar
Method
The meat is cut into cubes and pour 2 cups water and boiled. Add half an onion, carrots and potatoes, cut into chunks. Insert and sugar. Coarsely chopped onions (2 heads) fry in the oil about 3-4 minutes. Add peeled and chopped tomato. After 2-3 minutes, pour the wine, 1 cup of meat broth and pepper. Zadushava is about 10 minutes, add salt and add mushrooms and boiled meat. Boil until ready. The flour was dissolved in 4 tbsp cold water and added to the dish to thicken for a few minutes. From the pita cut cap and carving, the sheet must be at least an inch thick. Pour kavarma, sprinkle with chopped parsley and was capped with a lid.
