Kavarma chicken hearts

Ingredients
500 g chicken hearts
4 onions
500 g grated tomatoes
1 cup white wine or water
3 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp vegeta
Method
Chicken hearts are cut in half and boil. In the oil stew onion, finely chopped, with vegetata. Add tomatoes and 1 cup hearts wine. Allow to simmer until ready to tomatoes. Finally put parsley and pepper.
