Lamb with nettle

Ingredients
500 g lamb
500 g nettle
1 bunch green onions
70 g butter
2 tbsp flour
paprika, salt
Method
Cut the meat into portions and pour 2 cups hot water. Once the boil skim and add finely chopped white part of the onion. Add salt and boil on low heat. Wash the nettles, clean it and scalded with boiling water. Cut small pieces of it and strangle her with the butter together with the feathers of the onion. When soften, add the toasted in a dry pan flour and paprika. Pour roux almost boiled meat and boil on low heat about 20 minutes. Serve the dish with yogurt.
