Lapadnik cheese

Ingredients
200 g dock
100 g feta cheese
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp mint and pepper
salt
3 eggs
6-7 tbsp yogurt
1 onion
500 g filo pastry sheets

Method
Cut the onion finely and docks. Fry the onion until soft, then add the docks. Add mint, salt and pepper and fry for another 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Beat 2 eggs 3 tbsp yogurt, the feta cheese mashed with a fork and add to the docks. Top up to the mix 3 tbsp sunflower oil and mix. In a greased baking pan put 1 crust brush with the mixture, put another top crust and brush again, and so on until the peels do. Beat 1 egg with 4 tbsp yogurt and pour lapadnika. Bake in preheated oven at 200C degrees until browned.
