6 eggs
300 g sugar
1 vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
150 g butter
150 g sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
250 ml cream

Method
Egg whites are separated from yolks. For tseluvchenata mixture: Whip with sugar, salt and vanilla. Sugar should be fine, some using powdered sugar, I digest normal in a coffee grinder. The mixture is ready when no residues from the sugar has a slight sheen and form tips. If shines strongly and remains of rags in the mixer, it's bit too long. The mixture on baking paper circles are formed as a plate (3 in total) and place in the oven (with fan) 100 C to dry. If the oven is no fan cover is left slightly open. The bases are ready when in inserting the stick (carefully) does not remain sticky residue. For the cream: The butter, sugar, egg yolks and cocoa are broken down in a water bath until a creamy, slightly fluffy. Once cool, add the broken snow cream (no sugar). On the first base Spread half of the cream, put it second base, on it the rest of the cream, ending with base. Can be used any creams that are not wet. If you are decorating, then put cream and top. When cutting the cake breaks, the pieces are never ideal, which is normal and is not considered a failure of the hostess.

can not enjoy kissing ready, because swamps is a kind of large, flat kiss. Pity is `pictures were too small ina`e would see how it looks. Try them and enlarge them ka`a again. If separate kissing can be made base, to keep the cream.

is not bad to say what exactly the cream-cooking or pastry-because it `without zahar` very confused. And you also mentioned two places sugar-what to where? Let me just mention that not cooking cream thickens and although factory sweetened, for this cake you need pastry cream! I thus misled and happen to do 2 times this cake. It was worth it! The first time I did not get because of the cream used to adhere the latter must chocolate, unsweetened vanilla starch-and where is ordered chocolate banana slices to balance a little sweet-became well only trustable should be eaten immediately!

Cook sweetened cream is not very well and thicken. I prefer it for pastries as add less sugar, because we do not like very sweet

By the way, the original name of the recipe (base, representing big kiss and cream / whipped cream) is Pavlova cake, right?

As far as I know Pavlova cake is soft inside (marshes roasted, so that only the crust is crispy, the inside is soft air mass, then cut) and fill with whipped cream and fruit. This I know. And the pictures are not mine, are added at the time was not necessarily indicate sources. But I make it as a picture number 3 and we are very very happy, although for much sugar we are pretty sweet. It just like a kiss - very crispy.

If you want the cream is light, replace the chocolate with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted. And put pictures if you do! Good luck:-)

In one of the latter must add 1cup chopped nuts and bake this cake put in the middle, it very well. The cake is very nice but is very sweet and economical, you can not eat two pieces.
