Layered cake with biscotti Clock

Ingredients
500 g biscuits
1 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
# For the cream:
200 g butter or margarine
200 g of powdered sugar
3 cups milk
3 level tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
zest of 1/2 lemon or vanilla 1
# To decorate:
grated chocolate or chocolate bars
fruit sweet (maybe fresh)
Method
Making cream: The butter mix with powdered sugar foam. Apart milk is boiled with sugar and stirring continuously, add the flour, pre away with a little cold milk. Once thickened, milk mixture is removed from heat and beat until cool. Then, spoon by spoon added to the oily cream. Finally, flavored with grated lemon rind or vanilla. Making the cake: biscuits cut into halves. Each of them is immersed in lukewarm milk and sweetened, smeared with cream and stick to one another. Are arranged vertically in a baking dish. The outer row of biscuits remains not oiled. The rest of the cream is poured over biscuits and smoothed. Then garnish with grated chocolate. The fruits of sweet rank, so as to resemble a clock with arrows.
