Layered cake with cream

Ingredients
# For the base:
5 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1/2 cup (100 g) flour
1 packet of baking powder
2 tbsp (20 g) cocoa
75 g walnuts
# dairy cream:
500 ml milk
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
# For the buttercream:
200 g butter
4 tbsp (40 g) powdered sugar
1 vanilla powder
# For the syrup:
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
1 tbsp (10 ml) rum

Method
At the base: Eggs crash with the sugar, add the flour, which previously complicated baking powder, cocoa and chopped walnuts. The mixture is baked for 15-20 minutes in a moderate oven. dairy cream: All products are mixed and boiled in a water bath to thicken. of butter cream: All products are broken down very well. After cooling the milk cream is added to the oil, and stir slowly until a fluffy mixture. The base is syrup with 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water, to which are added sugar and rum. Then coated with a mixture of both creams.

Comments

Cream divided in two. In one part I added 50 g. Chocolate and the other grated lemon. Alternation of the two cream on the latter must. It was a very light cake.
