Ingredients
500 g ready kozunak
5 eggs
1 liter milk
3 tbsp flour
300 g sugar
80 g butter
10 kisses
50 g chocolate
zest of 1 lemon
fig jam
1 vanilla
Method
Blurring the flour in a glass of cold milk. Add froth yolks with half the sugar. Put the remaining milk to the boil, then stirring continuously, add the flour mixture. Simmer until thickened and drop the butter. Cream flavored with vanilla. Peel the sheet of kozunak dried and cut into thin slices in a baking dish by filling the gaps with crumbs. Pour the hot cream on top, sprinkle with grated lemon peel and chopped fruits of sweet. Cover the top with the rest kozunak and pour the remaining cream. Beat the egg whites of hard snow with the remaining sugar and crush them kisses. Pour the mixture on up the cold cream. Top sprinkle with grated chocolate. Allow to stand overnight in the refrigerator.
