Ingredients
# For the base:
175 g butter or margarine
150 g sugar
3 eggs
200 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
2-3 tbsp chocolate spread or 2 tbsp cocoa
1 vanilla
1 jar of cherry compote pitted
# For the cream:
500 g cottage cheese
500 g cream
200 g of sugar or powdered sugar
25 g gelatin
1 vanilla
# For glaze:
350 ml juice cherry compote
50 ml vishnovka
50 g sugar
20 g gelatin
# To decorate:
100 g whipped cream
12 drained cherries sweet

Method
Softened butter mix of fluffy cream. Little by little added sugar mixed with vanilla. Then one by one add the eggs are broken in half a minute each. Sugar and pre-soaked gelatine in a little cold water, was dissolved in the heated juice compote. Add vishnovkata and stir well. After cooling, the mixture was poured into a cream cream. The cake was left for about 4 hours in the refrigerator. Well the frozen surface of the cake is decorated with injection molded cream. Top rank drained fruit of cherry jam.
