Layered cake Puffy

Ingredients
# For the bases:
6 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp baking
10 g ammonia soda
2 vanilla
1 ampulka lemon juice or 1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup sunflower oil
flour (about 1 kg)
# For the syrup:
5 cups water
3 cups sugar
little rum
# For the cream:
ready cream of your choice (can of packet), starch cream or cream

Method
For the bases: The eggs are broken and sugar with a mixer to whiten. Add the yogurt and soda, the oil, vanilla, essence, flour with baking ammonia. Involved soft dough and divided into 6 balls. Each ball rolled sheet and bake. All leaves are roasted separately. Each sheet is pricked with a fork before nice to put in the oven, not puffed up. All products syrup mix and cook. The bases are moist and lubricated with cream (or cream). Among them can put pieces of fruit. The entire cake is also smeared with cream. * On products the bases are very tasty sweets.

ok ... but 5 cups sugar ... bad we wrote with weight ... still is sweet but ...

This is one of my favorite cakes from childhood. But since I'm a little at odds with the flattening cake makes my mother. January thoroughly sprinkled with ground walnuts and grated chocolate. Must sit overnight before konumatsiya. I love her with plenty of milk cream.
