Ingredients
# chocolate Ghana:
200 ml cream
200 g chocolate
# For the base:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 eggs
4 tbsp cocoa
vanilla
10 g baking powder

Method
We prepare first chocolate Ghana. Preheat the cream in the microwave or on the stove, almost to boiling and pour it into a bowl in which we previously broken chocolate. Stir gently until the chocolate is completely melted. Leave to cool and put in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours. For the bases mix the sugar, the oil, milk and cocoa and stir with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture. Of ready mix 3/4 cup pay and leave aside. To the remaining mixture add two eggs, vanilla and stir with mixer for about 2 minutes, then add the flour and baking powder and mix again. Bake in a preheated oven 180C degrees. I Paiute the bases one by one. It is good to use not more than 24 cm tray. The finished base, leave to cool and divide in two. In a small saucepan sent down the separated cocoa mixture and put on the stove, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes. We remove from the heat and water the mixture with the lower base. Chocolate Ghana take out of the refrigerator and heat them briefly in the microwave or in a water bath until it is released. Beat with a mixer for about 3-4 minutes and assemble the cake.
