Ingredients
1 kg puff pastry
16 tbsp condensed milk
400 g butter
the juice of 1 lemon
jam of your choice
almonds or walnuts for decoration
4 tbsp caster sugar
Method
Puff pastry rolled and cut 4 rounds to be fired. The butter is mixed with powdered sugar, condensed milk and lemon juice (no less than 15 minutes).
