Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
9 garlic cloves
1/3 cup white wine (dry)
grated lemon rind of 2 lemons
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 and 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp thyme
pepper, salt
4 boneless chicken breasts (180-220 g each)

Method
Olive oil is heated in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute to avoid darkening. Remove from heat and add the white wine, grated lemon rind, lemon juice, oregano, thyme and 1 tsp salt. Pour into pan. Chicken breasts are placed in a tray skin up (if skin), brushed with olive oil and sprinkle with plenty of salt and pepper. Lemon cut into 8 slices and put chicken between pieces. Bake for 30-40 minutes (until the chicken is browned) in preheated oven to 200C degrees. Once removed from the oven, cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. Served as sprinkle with salt and and pour hot sauce pan.
