Ingredients
500 g lentils
100 g bacon or smoked breasts
1 onion
pepper 1
1 tomato or tomato canned
8 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 diced chicken broth
1 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic
parsley
celery - chopped stem
Method
Onions, bacon, peppers and tomatoes are cut. Fry the onions and peppers in the oil, until tender and add tomatoes. After 3-4 minutes, add the bacon cubes. Mix well and put the red pepper. Immediately thereafter (so as not to burn the pepper) was poured 1 liter of water. Boils put the lentils, celery, sliced garlic and broth. When the lentils is ready, remove and sprinkle with parsley. To uvri easier lentils can be placed in water the night before.
