Lentils with vegetables

Ingredients
500 g lentils
2 carrots
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 head of garlic
2 tbsp sunflower oil
savory
thyme
parsley
salt

Method
Onions and garlic finely and sauté in the oil. Carrots and tomatoes are washed and cut into pieces. The lentils is cleared, washed and put in a saucepan with 1.5 liters of water. Add vegetables and spices and the dish is left to simmer, covered with a lid. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

Very tasty and easy! PS: I do not smother the onions and garlic in oil, but it brew along with the lentils, and sometimes put meat :)

lentils of my favorite dishes. Becomes very tasty :)

steamed vegetables add after the lentils is cooked. And be prepared, there is delicious! :)
