Light chocolate cream

Ingredients
225 g white chocolate
225 g thick yogurt
3 kiwi
zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp lemon juice
Method
Chocolate is broken into pieces and melt in a water bath. Yogurt was stirred and heated separately in a water bath. Add the melted chocolate and the mixture was stirred well. Once cool a bit, add the fruit, peeled and cut into chunks, grated lemon rind and lemon juice. Well stirred cream is distributed in glass beakers and cooled. In serving garnish with berries and kiwi slices.
