Ingredients
1 kg liver
150 g salo
500 g mushrooms
60 g butter
1 head finely chopped onion
sunflower oil
lemon
salt
pepper

Method
Stews onion in the butter, add sliced mushrooms and lemon juice. Stew until mushrooms soften. Separately in hot fat fry chopped liver, and after him and salo, also cut into slices. Transfer to a fire bowl, pour the mushrooms on top. Salt, capped with a lid and stew for 10 minutes. Serve with potato salad.
