Ingredients
1 kg liver
150 g salo
500 g mushrooms
60 g butter
1 head finely chopped onion
sunflower oil
lemon
salt
pepper

Method
Stews onion in the butter, add sliced ​​mushrooms and lemon juice. Stew until mushrooms soften. Separately in hot fat fry chopped liver, and after him and salo, also cut into slices. Transfer to a fire bowl, pour the mushrooms on top. Salt, capped with a lid and stew for 10 minutes. Serve with potato salad.
