Liver with rice

Ingredients
500 g liver
200 g rice
60 g butter
600-800 ml broth
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
4 red peppers
15-20 olives
pepper
salt
Method
Stew finely chopped onions and peppers in the butter. Add liver, cut into chunks. Stir until only fat and add the washed rice. Mix and pour the boiling broth, sprinkle with pepper and put the olives and garlic. Cover the pan with oil and fsunflower dish is baked in a hot oven. After 15 minutes remove fthe oil and dopicha off in oven until rice is cooked.

In the recipe does not reflect what should be the liver. With chicken livers will work? Overall recipe looks very good.

May not chicken cut into chunks and often called *liver*, in my mind beef or pork.
