Ingredients
1 kg Liver
2-3 onions
100 ml sunflower oil
500 g grated tomatoes or 3 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt

Method
The liver is cut portionwise. Put it in the pan, sprinkle with sliced onion and pour in the oil. Put it in a preheated oven at 220 C. When pozapeche Add the tomatoes and parsley. Remain as fat is removed from the oven and add salt - so the liver remains soft and juicy.
