Lutenitsa in Macedonia

Ingredients
3 kg red peppers
3 kg tomatoes
1 bunch parsley
1 head of garlic
5-6 chillies
# For the marinade:
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup salt (incomplete)
10 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
Method
Cleaned peppers roasted and peeled and cut. Peel tomatoes (start them on 10th seconds in boiling water and remove the skins). Cut them into small pieces. Parsley also chopped and garlic peeled and cut each clove 2-3 pieces. Boil the marinade in it for 1-2 minutes we drop hot peppers to give pleasant, spicy taste of Macedonian dishes. Subtract them. In the same marinade sent down peppers and tomatoes and boil them to thicken. Remove from the fire and add the garlic and parsley. Fill it in jars and sterilize 5-10 minutes.
