Mackerel baked sach

Ingredients
1 fish mackerel
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt, pepper
50 ml sunflower oil
Method
Mackerel cleaned and cut in the spine and cross four pieces. Prepare a marinade of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Saci smeared with the oil, fish ranks and fired, paying occasionally until ready. Pour prepared marinade over each piece of fish. Pieces turn for 5 minutes to take a good marinade. Mackerel becomes very juicy and tasty. Can be prepared in a Teflon pan.
