Ingredients
600 g minced meat
200 g white meat
200 g mushrooms
100 g smoked feta cheese
100 g processed cheese
2 eggs
35 g butter
pinch of salt, allspice , savory, black pepper
Method
White meat is broken into julienne, cheese cut into very small pieces. Mushrooms washed and cut into small pieces. Everything is mixed with minced meat in a deep pot. Add beaten eggs, salt and spices, and finally the butter, cut into small pieces. Mix well and pour into pan cake. Bake in preheated oven at medium heat until browned - 20-30 minutes. Serve warm, cut into slices 2 cm thick.
