Meat roll in dough steamed sauce

Ingredients
# For the filling:
1 kg beef
2 onions
potatoes 3
3 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
# For the dough:
1 egg
3 tbsp butter
3 and 1/2 cup flour
# For the sauce:
1 kg tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
2-3 cloves garlic
salt, sugar and basil to taste

Method
To mince add grated onion, potatoes, butter, spices and kneaded. Products dough 1 tsp salt and 1 cup water knead a soft dough. Roll out on a floured surface. On it is spread minced meat. Loosely wound on a roll. Put it on a grid, smeared with butter. Grate with the roll is placed on a container with hot water and boil gently for about 1 hour of steam. For the sauce - fry the chopped onion, carrot and garlic. Add minced meat tomatoes. While preparing to boil off the water and the fat remains. Season with salt, sugar and basil. Serve cut into portions, sprinkled with the sauce and sprinkled with basil.
