Meat with walnut sauce

Ingredients
1 kg pork (chicken, turkey) meat
1 cup butter (olive oil)
250 g tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup white wine
1 and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
7 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp wine vinegar
1 pinch cinnamon
salt, pepper

Method
Sliced ​​pieces of portioned meat fry in fat evenly and everywhere. Pour the wine and stew for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, cinnamon, about 1 cup hot water and stew about half an hour (until ready meat). If necessary, add a little water from time to time.
