Meatballs beans

Ingredients
250 g beans
300 g potatoes
1 onion
1 tbsp flour
sunflower oil
breadcrumbs
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Beans and potatoes are cooked well individually. Drained of water and ground together. To the puree add the grated onion, chopped parsley, flour, salt and pepper. The mixture is shaped balls, rolled in breadcrumbs and arrange in a greased with sunflower oil pan. On meatballs sprinkled a little sunflower oil and dish baked in a moderate oven.
