Meatballs for microwave

Ingredients
600 g ground meat mixture
1 slice bread
1 onion
2 eggs
salt
pepper
paprika
600 ml meat broth
# For the sauce:
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
30 g butter
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
200 g cream
Method
Minced meat is kneaded well with soaked in water and squeezed a slice of bread, onions, eggs and spices. Formed into meatballs. The meat broth was heated at 600 W for 5 minutes. Add meatballs and hold 7 minutes at 600 Deut. Meatballs are removed and leave in a warm place. Broth strain and Pour 300 ml. Add the butter, wine, fuzzy flour with a little water and put the sauce to a boil at the same power for 2 minutes. Put the cream and stir. Meatballs pour the sauce and serve.

I could not believe when I read this rezepta that will come something so tasty and quick to prepare. I just added a little vegeta end. Easy, fast, no dishes to wash and is decorated very easy - everything is in the refrigerator: tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, eggs, olives. Whatever is found put it around a large Cigna. My guests were delighted, and they all cook!

Very well. My only comment is that it seems to me that the wine is plenty. Freshly prepared dish, I tried it and the wine feel too, I think.
