Meatballs with olives

Ingredients
500 g beef
1 stalk green onion or 1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped black olives
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 egg
salt and pepper

Method
Chop finely or grate. Press the garlic. Mix all the products and knead well with your hands. The resulting mixture, let it stand for 30 minutes. Form small balls. Heat some sunflower oil in a pan and fry the meatballs.

Zapekoh them in a Teflon pan without oil and were really tasty and different balls.
