Meatballs with pasta and sauce

Ingredients
400 g of beef ribs
100-150 g lean pork
1 thick slice dry white bread without crust
2-3 tbsp milk
4 1/2 onions
1/2 tsp mixture of crushed black pepper, cumin, allspice and grated nutmeg
1 clove garlic, crushed with salt
1 egg
flour
frying fat
4 tomatoes
2 tsp tomato paste
parsley
200 g macaroni
butter
4-6 tbsp grated cheese
100 g ham
Method
Cleaned meat add salt and grind 2-3 times with pre-moistened with milk bread and 1/2 head chopped onion. Add egg and spices and the mixture is kneaded well. Leave in a cool place and after 1 hour form small meatballs. Rolled in flour and fry in oil until brown. The remaining 4 onions, chopped, tomato paste and peeled tomatoes, diced, steamed with some of the fat from frying. Add salt mixture and sprinkle with parsley. Boil pasta in salted water, withdrawn, drained and mixed with a little Overdone butter. In the presentation of the dishes are arranged in the middle of a pile of macaroni, dusted with grated cheese surrounded with meatballs, on which is placed a mixture of tomato and around them makes a wreath of cubed ham.
