Ingredients
1.5 kg spinach
3 eggs
2 tbsp butter
breadcrumbs
Salt
sunflower oil for frying
# For the sauce:
250 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp yogurt
Method
Spinach Clear Wash and stew in a little salted water until tender. Drain it from the water and chopped. Mix spinach with beaten eggs, melted butter, salt and breadcrumbs, so as to give a thick dough. It thin flat shape meatballs that good Fry on both sides. Beat well mayonnaise with yogurt. Finished meatballs arrange a suitable bowl and pour them with the sauce.
